Where Can You See Instant Snow?

We live on a large landmass that covers a wide range of climatic zones. In many parts of the country, Instant Snow can be regularly seen in snow-covered areas as well as areas that have never seen a real snowflake.

If you live in a snow zone, you might see these instant, natural snowfalls as something of a nuisance to be regularly endured unless you operate or frequent ski resorts. It is also ironic that ski resorts often need to utilize expensive snow cannons to produce additional, real instant snow by SnoWonder to keep their ski runs up to standard.

Those of us that live in more temperate zones might love to see some snow either to play in for fun or as a seasonal decoration. Also, moviemakers might decide to film a snow scene in a studio without risking the vagaries of nature. It doesn’t matter where you live or what you do; just about anyone can find a use for Instant Snow.

Man Made Snow

Instant Snow can be produced in a variety of ways. There are snow generators that will produce imitation snowflakes that can be blown up into the air to mimic falling snow. However, these fake snowflakes evaporate on contact with the ground so they will not leave you with a “snow scene”.

Other forms of Instant Snow are for placing straight onto the ground. There are plastic and even paper based granules and rolls that can be used to cover an area in a blanket of white but this will be an extremely fake looking coverage. Furthermore, they are not really suitable for people to walk on – let alone for kids to play in.

A more genuine effect can be achieved with Instant Snow that is generated by adding water to a polymer-based powder. The powder immediately swells up into individual “pieces” of snow – not like the white foam that some people use to create fake, sloppy wet snow that does not last very long and can make anyone playing in it very wet very quickly.

Longer Lasting Imitation Snow

If you are setting up a “White Christmas” theme for a commercial center or generating Instant Snow for the kids to play in for an hour or so as a feature of a birthday party; you will not want your snow to disappear within minutes. Providing a long life is a big selling feature of the polymeric powder type of Instant Snow. Furthermore, you simply add water and you do not need a special machine.
